Patriot Flex was founded by Jeremiah Boucher with a single self-storage facility and a conviction that small commercial properties were consistently undervalued by institutional capital.
Over 15 years, we built a vertically integrated platform that acquires, repositions, and operates multi-tenant commercial real estate across the U.S. Today, we manage 100+ properties and $400M+ in assets, focused exclusively on small bay industrial.
